The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a pub and opposite the lively market square. It's really convenient being close to everything. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, there were great views from some of the rooms.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a fabulous location. The lounge area was cozy and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options. Additionally, the receptionist we encountered was informative and friendly, providing excellent service. Although there were a few minor issues with missing amenities and noise from the neighboring pub, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The free Wi-Fi and parking were great perks. The hotel was located in a prime spot, with plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel lounge was also a plus, providing a much-needed break from the bustling city.

Despite reporting these issues to reception, they went unaddressed during our stay. Breakfast was also disappointing, with some items not being refilled promptly, forcing us to wait unnecessarily.

During our stay, we experienced a slight inconvenience with the parking situation. The hotel charged £10 for 24-hour parking, but when we returned late at night, the hotel car park was full.

We stayed in a beautiful room with a great view of the market square. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff at the reception and bar were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely cocktail bar, which has greatly improved in the last 18 months.

The first receptionist we encountered was not very friendly, but the other receptionist was excellent. The parking was limited when we returned from our day out.

Lovely stay as part of a family holiday for a wedding. The entire family descended on the hotel, and they were incredibly hospitable and welcoming! The lamb was literally the best I’ve ever had and the perfect espresso martini! The bathroom in the suite was very good. I'll recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Perfect location for exploring King's Lynn. Prompt and efficient check-in/out.

I recently stayed at Dukes Head in King's Lynn for a few nights. The bathroom was modern and the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged for me to upgrade to a larger room when the first one was too small. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of gluten-free options available, thanks to the manager. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shops and attractions. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with charging my car, even though it wasn't part of their usual services.
