Stayed here for leisure purposes for 2 nights. The Studio riverview room had amazing views and a gorgeous room. The customer service provided by Gabby was exceptional. The room was spotless, warm, and welcoming. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and hot. Convenient location within walking distance of nightlife and with river views. a 10/10 stay with a big thank you!

I had the best experience staying here - the location was perfect for everything I wanted to do, and I loved the convenience of being in such a nice area. The staff were super friendly and made sure I had excellent service. The room amenities were amazing, everything I needed was there, and the free Wi-Fi was a real bonus. The restaurant was perfect for a delicious meal, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central and comfortable hotel.

Lovely quayside location with stunning river views and a short walk to the train station. Stylish and spotless reception, bar, and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed and well-designed room layout. The mini fridge and free minibar are a nice touch. a great option for a trip to Newcastle.

The hotel provided a pleasant easter experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of fresh options. We enjoyed the stunning river view and appreciated the cute accessories included in the room.

We stayed at a hotel in a very good and central area, which was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel had a fantastic location, being very close to the center and having the famous Gino D'Acampo restaurant on the premises. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The parking situation was problematic as there was limited on-site parking available.

The rooms were modern, spacious, and had a roomy shower. Checkout time was at midday. The staff left two notes, a nice touch for my graduation. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were caring, friendly, and interested. Great views of the river, comfortable bed, and helpful staff.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and value for money. The staff were attentive and professional, and the bar and restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere with great music. The modern room was clean and had an amazing waterfall shower.
