The staff were very welcoming, making our evening extra special, and nothing was too much trouble for them. they offered us the chance to make our own cocktails in the cocktail bar as a birthday treat. The bar lady was highly knowledgeable and offered us great tips. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, and the location is perfect for those looking for an intimate and romantic escape.

The parking in the adjacent building was a little confusing. Although we did not stay in the hotel, the signage for exiting the car park on foot or identifying the level for the lift wasn't as clear.
