The Best Western On The Beach exceeded my expectations with its newly renovated rooms. The oceanfront room was bright, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Gulf Shores. The balcony offered wonderful views of the ocean, allowing me to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

Despite the overall cleanliness of the room, there was a persistent musty odor that greeted me upon returning later in the day. While it didn't significantly impact my stay, it was a minor downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

the jacuzzi tub dripped all night and the handle fell off. breakfast was not available as promised, and there were bugs in one of the rooms.

Loved the indoor pool with two hot tubs, and the beach access. Had a blast at the outdoor pool, and the Island Pancake House was a delicious bonus.

Elevators were so slow, I could have taken a nap between floors.

The beach was amazing and clean, and the temperature was perfect for our romantic escape. We loved that we could easily walk right onto the beach from the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of parking available. the room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the ocean from our balcony. the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing during our stay. the view from our room was not what we expected, as it was supposed to be a gulf view but it barely had a view at all.

The rooms were clean and had balconies. Short walk to the beach with a wash off station. Convenient location within walking distance. Friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant in the lobby was excellent, and our room was cleaned and restocked daily. The hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The website accurately reflected our experience. We would definitely return!

The hotel boasts a superb location right on the beach side of the building, with breathtaking views and the sound of waves lulling you to sleep. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and breakfast, when offered, has a great variety of quality choices. The pool area is clean and has comfy chairs for sunbathing.

The hotel's TV and soundproofing may not work well, as reported by some guests.

The beach was right on our doorstep, and we enjoyed the convenience of walking straight onto the beautiful sandy shores. The hotel's location in the heart of town meant we were close to many good restaurants, making it easy to explore a variety of local eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking available. The room and hallways were kept clean, and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep.

Recently stayed at Best Western for 4 nights for a beach vacation. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, except for one stressed-out owner who needs to set a better example. The view from our room was amazing and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Convenient location with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. And oh my, the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in!

We enjoyed our beach stay with complementary beach chairs and umbrellas. the hotel’s location was ideal, just a few steps away from the beach and conveniently close to local restaurants. the sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking.

The hotel lacked sufficient outlets to charge devices and the shower had low water pressure. Housekeeping didn't service our room during our entire stay, nor did they replace coffee cups or empty the trash.

The beachfront hotel offers a wide range of recreational amenities, from an outdoor pool to a year-round indoor heated pool. My kids had a blast in the kiddie pool, while I enjoyed relaxing in one of the two hot tubs. It felt like a mini waterpark right at the hotel!
