Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel's location is just right outside the train station, making it very easy for us to get around this area. We also loved that it was right beside everything we could want, right on the 'Waterfront'. This hotel has many amenities including a fitness center, restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar with pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and cozy, thanks to the lovely heating and air conditioning facilities. We were provided with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchenette to a flat-screen TV and free toiletries.

It was a little disappointing to see building work going on outside, but this did not disturb or affect our stay here. Family members will enjoy a stay at this venue.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and close to everything we wanted to see in the city center. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that came in handy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the self-service breakfast had quality options.

The cleaning service could have been better as we had to ask for towels and our room was not cleaned properly.

We stayed in a two bed apartment which was very clean, spacious, and centrally located near the docks, bars, and shops. The room had modern fixtures and comfortable beds. The bathroom, though small, had a great shower with powerful hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered parking close by and had interesting and modern corridors.

The corridor doors were quite loud when they were opened, which could be disruptive.

The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and very modern. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchenette, a table and chairs, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the waterfront, the Echo Arena, and a great selection of restaurants. Being close to these key attractions made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city.

There were some areas of the hotel that looked a little tired and could do with a repaint here and there. the lack of a window we could open in our room meant that we couldn't air it out properly, and there was a faint funky smell in the room and the hotel overall.

The location of Staycity Aparthotels was perfect, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Noisy hallway.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. the staff were friendly and helpful. the best part was the little kitchen area which included a stove, fridge, and all the kitchenware I needed to make meals. Plus, there were a few complimentary items that were unexpected but much appreciated!

The only negative aspect was the bathroom - there was a slight smell coming from the plumbing which was a bit unpleasant, but nothing too unbearable. Nevertheless, I still had an amazing stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
