We loved the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The breakfast delivered to the room was delicious. The staff, especially Emma, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located right on the seafront.

We recently had a romantic escape in a charming hotel in Eastbourne. We were impressed by the high standard of maintenance and the spaciousness of our room. The breakfast offered a wide selection and both hot and cold options. The hotel's location was ideal, with well-kept grounds and easy access to nearby attractions.

We did notice a few drawbacks during our stay. The bar service in the evenings was a bit slow, and there were occasional issues with the wifi.

We were pleasantly surprised by the elegant and luxurious atmosphere of our stay at the Grand. The location, in a beautiful old building, was perfect for exploring the area. The pools were larger than expected and provided a relaxing experience. The breakfast, whether self-service or brought to our table, was excellent. The bar service was courteous and friendly, with a special mention to the marvelous hall porter, Simon. we had a great experience.

Although the decor was a tad dated, it still added to the hotel's old-fashioned charm. We did experience some minor hiccups, such as the delayed wine service during dinner, and slow and chaotic breakfast service due to inexperienced staff.

The value for money was great and our room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right by the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us tips on nearby attractions and even surprising my husband with a sweet birthday card.

I was particularly impressed with the turn-down service and the constant supply of fresh towels, which made me feel pampered throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with close proximity to the beach and the South Downs walk to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters. I also loved the outdoor pool, which was heated and provided a relaxing environment. The breakfast spread was delicious, although I did find the evening dining a bit overpriced. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, excellent management, and impeccable service.

The Victorian architecture is truly stunning and I enjoyed exploring the beautiful public rooms. The cleanliness and comfort of the bedroom impressed me, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food was delicious, especially the superb breakfasts. The beds and bed linen were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee. A newspaper was also provided. a charming and convenient location with helpful staff.

I recently stayed at The Grand Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The parking spot provided was convenient and the spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was superb, especially the perfectly poached eggs. The dinner options were enjoyable as well.

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday at the Grand Hotel and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel's stunning interior and prime location made it a perfect choice for our special occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of.

The ambiance of this hotel is absolutely enchanting. The beautiful decor and spacious areas create a truly delightful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast in the dining room was exceptional, and the indoor swimming pool was a great addition to our relaxation. One small setback was the size of the room we were given, but the comfort and amenities made up for it. The hotel compensated for this inconvenience by offering a discount on our bill. I highly recommend this lovely hotel with excellent staff. Just make sure to request a quiet bedroom!

The room we stayed in was recently refurbished, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the fact that our room had a sea view, it was absolutely stunning. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The furniture in our room was a bit old and worn, which was a bit disappointing.
