The staff at reception gave us clear instructions on where to park, which was really helpful. The whole hotel, including our room, was spotlessly clean. The atmosphere in the bar was nice and they even had live football on. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, with fast and friendly service. The location was great, with a view of the Abbey from our bedroom.

The staff's attention to detail extended to the delicious meals I had during my stay; the chicken burger and lasagne were the best I've ever had. The breakfasts were excellent too, despite my slight aversion to kippers. I will definitely be returning to this outstanding hotel.

The Resolution Hotel in Whitby provided excellent value for money with a beautifully refurbished room, complete with a whirlpool bath and a view of the Abbey. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the area, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast would have been better if the toast was served pre-cut and placed in proper toast racks, for a more hygienic and professional presentation.

I recently stayed at Resolution Hotel for a night, and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist with any information we needed. The room itself was small but perfect for our one-night stay, and we plan to upgrade to a larger room when we return. The bar and food were excellent, with a great selection of beer and delicious meals. The breakfast was served fresh and plentiful, a definite 10/10. The location was ideal for our visit, and we're already planning to come back for a longer stay in June.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Whitby and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the town center and all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with good quality bedding and towels. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast included with the room was delicious, with cooked to order options available. it was a great stay with everything I needed for a comfortable visit.

Had a wonderful time during Thanksgiving at a hotel recently. Two things that stood out were the tasty complementary breakfast and the pleasant lunch menu. , the central location of the hotel made it the perfect base for exploring the city's attractions. Another great aspect was the clean and modern decor throughout the hotel that created a refreshing atmosphere.

There were a few issues with the room that impacted our stay. The shower sprayed hot water unexpectedly, no warning signs about the temperature were provided.
