I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room, with its amazing view, was perfect for a relaxing weekend with my girlfriend. The bathroom's tub inside the shower was a nice touch. The staff was attentive and on point during our entire stay. The hotel facilities, especially the lovely pool area, were clean and well-maintained. The location was conveniently close to the event we attended, making it even more enjoyable.

The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious. We had an issue with our room key, but the staff was quick to rectify the situation and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. The hotel's wine bucket was a nice touch. we highly recommend Fairmont.

The restaurant terrace had wonderful food and a lovely view of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge. The pool and business center were also great amenities.

I recently stayed at The Fairmont in Berkeley and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful Berkeley hills. The spa and Meritage were both amazing, offering a range of services and delicious food. The historic building itself was stunning, with high ceilings and a grand entrance hall. The Tower suite, in particular, was a unique and luxurious accommodation. The doorman and receptionist were both helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service. I had a great stay and would highly recommend The Fairmont.

We dined at the Meritage restaurant, which had a nice location in the San Francisco area. However, the food was subpar and overpriced. The Berkeley area was convenient for exploring the bay area, but our room was small and outdated. The bathroom was not clean and in need of renovation. The service was mediocre and not what we expected from a luxury hotel. We skipped breakfast due to the exorbitant price. The gym was under construction, making it unusable. On the positive side, the hotel had pretty gardens and a lovely view of the bay.

The hotel was dishonest about the "bay view" room, as it had a view of the parking lot, according to a guest's review.

The service at this hotel was truly exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The resort amenities were also great, including the whirlpool, sauna, and heated pools. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, nestled in the lush hills and offering beautiful views.

We had to wait almost 2 hours before being able to settle into our second room. Additionally, there were a few small issues with the room, such as a shower that didn't drain properly and a strange closet layout.

I had a truly unforgettable engagement experience at The Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us with such warmth and kindness. Helen at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, even arranging for a champagne bucket and flutes in our room. The room itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with touches of purple and green that I absolutely loved. The Limewood restaurant provided us with a delicious and gluten-free dining experience, ensuring that my fiancé's dietary needs were met. The room service breakfast was prompt and tasty, and we were even able to get a late check-out, giving us more time to enjoy our special moment without feeling rushed. The club facilities, such as the saline pool and steam rooms, were a great added bonus. We ended our stay with a breathtaking sunset view from the lounge, and the staff surprised us with a small dessert to celebrate our engagement. I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion or simply for a luxurious and memorable stay.
