For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with clean beds, pillows, and plenty of extras. The location was wonderful, close to the beach and Atlantic City. The staff, although not overly friendly, were extremely helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a more diverse menu.

There were some cleanliness issues outside in the seating area, with small animals foraging for food, creating an unpleasant experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by a number of things. the prices were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect, situated near a picturesque bay in a very nice area close to the AC boardwalk. The rooms were clean, although a bit in need of some carpet cleaning and wall repainting, but they had a fridge and microwave, a double bed, and offered a nice view. Also, the fact that breakfast was included was a great perk.

The location of the hotel was really convenient , it was less than 10 minutes away from the boardwalk and had a great view of the beach. the walk, up beach access was a fantastic feature that allowed us to easily enjoy the sand and sea. Additionally, the room was impressively clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels and bath supplies provided.

One downside was the breakfast, which wasn't very good and the breakfast area felt crowded. Another negative aspect was the questionable neighborhood surrounding the hotel, with run, down motels nearby.
