The hotel had a great pool area with a heated pool, perfect for the chilly weather. the location was also very convenient, close to attractions and easy access to transportation. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist and make our stay enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. There were stains on the carpets and leftover food on the floor.

I had a fantastic stay at the Eilan Hotel and Spa. The location was perfect, secluded and surrounded by beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience even more enjoyable. The large rooms were modern and comfortable, and the outdoor amenities, although I didn't get a chance to use them due to the weather, looked amazing. The restaurant staff were outstanding and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
