My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. the location is unbeatable, right on the boardwalk with stunning views of the beach. the staff was exceptional - from the friendly housekeeping to the attentive room service. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the beds were, making for a restful stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were delightful, offering a nice atmosphere for dining and unwinding.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the refrigerator in the room didn't keep items cold, which was a bit inconvenient.

The semi-private balcony was a nice touch. Perfect for business trips, romantic getaways, or family vacations. The location is convenient, close to shopping outlets. Don't miss the game room! Omg, the beach access was amazing, just steps away! staff was friendly, but the terrible breakfast was a bummer. Room amenities were great, but noise from neighboring rooms was excessive. Overall good for a family weekend getaway! 😊

The room had an outdated feel, but the view was amazing. Staff was understanding and kind. On-site eateries were enjoyable. Some minor hiccups were quickly resolved by maintenance. A pleasant stay with a mix of pros and cons.

I loved that my hotel room was high up on the 9th floor, and the young lady at Scoops Ice cream was AMAZING and sweet. The value in October was great for the Car Show watching classic cars from our balcony. The property had everything - indoor and outdoor pools, bars, and more. The overall experience was fantastic with clean rooms and exceptional staff. The relaxation facilities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and beach access added to our family bonding. The nearby landmarks like Ocean City Boardwalk and Trimper's Rides were fun for us all. It's a great location for a memorable family vacation.

my stay at the grand was fabulous. from the welcoming front desk staff to the comfortable room with perfect ocean views, every aspect was top-notch. the amenities were impressive, and the care shown by all the staff was heartwarming. the affordable off-season rates made it even better, and the sunrise from my 10th-floor room was a daily delight. i highly recommend this hotel to others for a wonderful experience.

The view from Grand Hotel Oceanfront was breathtaking and extended for miles over the ocean. the hotel's location was fantastic, even offering impressive side views of the ocean. the indoor and outdoor pools were a great plus, and the spacious balconies provided a relaxing beach atmosphere.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel on Ocean City's boardwalk and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, as it is directly on the boardwalk and only steps away from the beautiful beach. Despite being near everything, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing excellent room service and keeping our accommodations clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the range of amenities available, including a spa & wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and even karaoke. The beach access was a huge plus, and we loved taking advantage of the picnic area and tables for enjoying meals outside. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Outdated rooms lobby, carpeted floors had large spill stains and burnt holes looked like a charcoal hit the carpet near the small table and chair.

During my transit in Ocean City, I stayed at Grand Hotel Ocean City Oceanfront, conveniently located just 10 km from Osvaldo Vieira International Airport. The hotel's full-service salon and rooms with balconies and ocean views provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my short visit.

The hotel had a persistent issue with the smell of marijuana throughout the property, which was especially bothersome when traveling with children. some of the amenities were not fully operational during my stay, and the restaurant seemed to be short-staffed.

The hotel's decor was lovely, with beautiful coastal touches and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious elevators and clear signage throughout the hotel making it easy to navigate. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for seniors to enjoy.

A better vacation for senior people would be enhanced by more consistent assistance from the children of the staff when it comes to offering support for mobility needs.

Great beachfront location, excellent amenities and proximity to the room, friendly staff, on-site diner and coffee shop.

the location right on the ocean front was magical! i loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing. the rooms were clean and spacious, with all amenities. Sadly, found ants on the plates 🐜. Staff were cheerful and helpful.
