I loved that my hotel room was high up on the 9th floor, and the young lady at Scoops Ice cream was AMAZING and sweet. The value in October was great for the Car Show watching classic cars from our balcony. The property had everything - indoor and outdoor pools, bars, and more. The overall experience was fantastic with clean rooms and exceptional staff. The relaxation facilities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and beach access added to our family bonding. The nearby landmarks like Ocean City Boardwalk and Trimper's Rides were fun for us all. It's a great location for a memorable family vacation.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel on Ocean City's boardwalk and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, as it is directly on the boardwalk and only steps away from the beautiful beach. Despite being near everything, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing excellent room service and keeping our accommodations clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the range of amenities available, including a spa & wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and even karaoke. The beach access was a huge plus, and we loved taking advantage of the picnic area and tables for enjoying meals outside. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I can't think of a better way to start the day than with a cup of coffee and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Outdated rooms lobby, carpeted floors had large spill stains and burnt holes looked like a charcoal hit the carpet near the small table and chair.

During my transit in Ocean City, I stayed at Grand Hotel Ocean City Oceanfront, conveniently located just 10 km from Osvaldo Vieira International Airport. The hotel's full-service salon and rooms with balconies and ocean views provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my short visit.

The hotel had a persistent issue with the smell of marijuana throughout the property, which was especially bothersome when traveling with children. some of the amenities were not fully operational during my stay, and the restaurant seemed to be short-staffed.

The hotel's decor was lovely, with beautiful coastal touches and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious elevators and clear signage throughout the hotel making it easy to navigate. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for seniors to enjoy.

A better vacation for senior people would be enhanced by more consistent assistance from the children of the staff when it comes to offering support for mobility needs.

The hotel had a great location, right by the beach and close to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the spacious room and how accommodating it was for our group of five. There was plenty of space for all our luggage, and even when we asked for additional cards or assistance, the staff was quick to help. The convenience of having restaurants and shops on the premises was a major plus, making it easy to grab a quick bite or pick up any essentials we may have forgotten.

The only downside was that the bathroom could have been cleaner. Despite this, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory.

My recent visit to Grand Hotel was fantastic! I had a great time staying at this oceanfront hotel in Ocean City. It was my third stay at Grand Hotel, and just like before, everything was excellent. My grandchildren loved the indoor pool, and I enjoyed the soothing sound and breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff members I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and I had a comfortable sleep on the wonderful beds. I also appreciated the convenience of having a microwave, a small fridge, and a safe in the room. The breakfast provided was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed dining at the Grand Terrace. Additionally, the location right on the boardwalk was convenient, with a nice view from the balcony. my experience at Grand Hotel Ocean City Oceanfront was delightful.

The gyudon dishes at the hotel's restaurant were epic - a true local gem. The off-season value and welcome bag added a nice touch. The coffee bar served excellent food.

The roof line obstructed lower floor views, and the balcony's no smoking policy was a bit lax. Bathroom was cozy but manageable.

The game room provided endless entertainment for our kids, and the wireless internet access was a lifesaver for staying connected with our extended family and friends. The hotel's prime location on the boardwalk allowed us to easily explore the vibrant attractions, dining options, and events, making it an ideal choice for families.

Java Beach Café is the perfect place to grab a bite and a coffee, fueling me up for a day of fun. The Grand Terrace offers stunning views from the 6th floor. The Epic Bar & Grill serves delicious grilled snacks.

Saw under the rim of the commode from the bathtub. Not exactly a sightseeing highlight.
