enjoyable peaceful stay with large pool and friendly staff

The check-in experience was quick and friendly. Our room provided a lovely view of the extensive pool area, which is a delightful gem of this hotel.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the heated pool, and the hotel's proximity to Ruth Hardy Park and the Palm Springs Art Museum made my city strolls a dream, allowing me to explore beautiful green spaces and immerse myself in local culture without any hassle.

the pool area looked nice, but the trash and empty glasses everywhere were a real eyesore. Also, my room was dirty with stains on the shower curtain and dust on the phone. I woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary upgrade after all these issues, but clearly, that’s too much to ask here.

The pool area is gorgeous and the hospitality is commendable with attentive staff around. Our room, boasting a great view, made mornings even more delightful.

The air-conditioning was noisy disrupting my comfort, and limited food options with slow service at the bar were quite disappointing.

My stay was fraught with issues. The first room I was assigned had a broken patio door, and I had to wait for a second room. While the second room was slightly better, the mattress had no integrity, causing both my companion and I to roll into the middle while trying to sleep. This made for uncomfortable nights. Additionally, several pool loungers were torn, which detracted from the otherwise lovely pool area. While the staff, particularly the bar gentleman, were excellent, the room conditions seriously hindered my overall experience.

this hotel is a complete dissapointment. no one helped with my airport transport, and the food options are limited to bar snacks! i also had to pay extra just to change my dark, cramped room. i almost considered giving a good review, but the lack of compenstation for these issues was simply inexcusable. i won't be returning.

The huge pool area is fantastic! I really enjoyed the adult pool, and the convenient location made exploring the area super easy.

This hotel was a strong match for a city break in Palm Springs, providing very good value for money. The pool area was great for lounging, and I loved having snacks and drinks available while soaking up the sun. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule if you want to explore downtown after dark.

This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a fantastic pool area, and a helpful 24-hour reception, it provides everything I need. I’ll never forget how the staff assisted me with my suitcases during my first stay. Definitely recommend!
