Staff was very friendly and the kids loved the playground and game room. Our bathroom had plumbing issues and the noise was annoying.

Decent location. The price is right. Staff varies significantly. Breakfast personnel showed dedication, but check-in was cumbersome. A credit card with a printed name is mandatory, which was unexpected. My room was distant, forcing a long trek with luggage. The furnishings feel outdated and the room lacked light. One staff member, Jose, delivered a disappointing customer experience. His lack of courtesy was unexpected. The laundry facilities were frustratingly uncooperative. As for parking, poor space management led to congestion from oversized vehicles. While there’s potential here, clear improvements are necessary. Stability reflects value, but customer experience matters more.

The bed was very comfy, providing a great night's sleep. the room could use better lighting, particularly in the bathroom, which made getting ready challenging. Temperature control was adequate, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Noise was noticeable at times since the room faced the highway but didn’t significantly impact comfort. I appreciated the cleanliness overall. One downside was the troublesome door lock; it often needed a bit of effort to open. While the layout was typical for hotels in the area, the room felt a bit dated, albeit well-kept.

Great location and comfy amenities

This place is super convenient, right on International Drive with CVS and tons of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with all the essentials. Loved the comfy bed and strong AC—def a must in the heat! Just wish there were more umbrellas by the pools for some shade.

The room was super clean and had everything I needed like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. Loved the pool area and how it was cleaned every day. Fitness center was nice too. Location was perfect, so close to all the attractions, and the staff were really friendly. The 24-hour store in the lobby was handy.

Comfortable beds and a great location near bars and restaurants made for a pleasant visit. the room felt outdated and the sound from the highway was noticeable, yet it didn’t disrupt sleep. The daily cleaning was a nice touch, but unexpected issues with clogged toilets were frustrating. A hidden $50 fee at check-in was also disappointing. While the pool area was inviting and well-kept, a spider creeping from the sheets was an unwelcome surprise. The shuttle service to Universal was convenient, but the odd package delivery process left me a bit perplexed.

Close to Universal with easy access to transportation. Clean rooms needing updates, but well-maintained. Friendly staff, good amenities, and pet-friendly. Excellent location for dining and entertainment. Some minor issues like door locks needing attention. A convenient choice near popular attractions.

I had a rough time because I had two bookings, but they made me change rooms unexpectedly. I had to rush to pack everything, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Super frustrating after a long day at the conference!
