Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a lovely welcome. The balloons for my daughter’s birthday? Such a thoughtful touch! Proximity to attractions and the fun bear-shaped waffles gave us plenty to love. The outdoor pool area was great, but a few rowdy kids made things a bit chaotic at times. The first room was far from the elevator and the accessible shower had its quirks, leading to a move that was less than convenient. a solid value with some areas needing attention. I’d consider a return despite the hiccups.

The mattress was firm but comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. Each bed had four pillows—two medium and two small—adding to the comfort. We could hear conversations from the adjoining room due to a noticeable gap under the door. The indoor pool area was clean, which made for a very relaxing experience. Breakfast included bear-shaped waffles, which the kids loved. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.

The noise from the indoor pool was unbearable at night, and while I get kids having fun, it just made it hard to relax. I expected better for the price we paid.

The location is fantastic; it's a hop, skip, and jump to all the fun. I appreciate the option to swap out towels and the friendly dude at check-in was a highlight.

The pool turned chaotic at night, filled with rowdy college students during spring break—a disappointing turn for a family-friendly atmosphere. Parking was tight but manageable. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to the elevator. Room readiness was below expectations at check-in, which was frustrating. Just needs a bit of fine-tuning. Would consider a return, but only during off-peak times.

Our room at Best Western Toni Inn was spacious and clean, featuring a cozy fireplace that added charm to our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us, making our experience enjoyable despite a few minor inconveniences.

Amazing access to attractions and restaurants just steps away

This stay surprised me with how close it was to everything we wanted to explore, being just a few steps from popular restaurants like Denny's and McAlister's Deli and only a quick walk to Dolly Parton's Stampede and TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena; the spacious and clean rooms and the nice breakfast made our stay enjoyable, but housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive with the towels.

While the beds were a bit rough and the early morning noise from housekeeping carts disrupted sleep, the great location, clean room, and friendly staff made up for it. Our two-bedroom suite with a fireplace, spacious layout, and indoor/outdoor pools was a fantastic value. The staff's lack of Southern hospitality and room cleanliness issues were disappointing, but the convenient location opposite the front office and delicious breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of a safe in the room.
