If you like good food, comfy beds, and getting lost in a crowd of airplanes, this place has got you covered. I upgraded to a suite for the fancy lounge access and felt like a VIP. The gym was nice, but I spent most of my time at the pool, pretending I was on a tropical island instead of watching planes take off. The whole place was a corporate circus, but hey, at least the pillow menu was cool. Gotta love a good pillow menu, right?

The view of planes taking off from LAX right from my room was quite a sight! The modern fitness center was a great spot to stay active during my travels. The poolside restaurant offered a diverse dining experience, and the bar was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi access made staying connected a breeze.

I experienced repeated issues with my room key, which became quite frustrating, especially with a lame leg.

The Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel was conveniently close to the airport, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The shared platter at the bar restaurant was a hit for me and my daughter. The pool was a relaxing spot, ideal before heading out to nearby landmarks like the Theme Building or the Flight Path Learning Center, enhancing family time.

sheraton was always clean - the location is excellent for stays at lax. the 24-hour shuttle to the airport was convenient. got upgraded to a suite. staff was helpful with parking the rv.

very comfortable hotel with friendly professional staff. hotel looks trendy and with nice clean rooms and a cool bar/dining area and nice pool area. very good value for money. well located to LAX. we caught the shuttle to the hotel but walked the next day to airport which was an easy fast 20 ms walk on straight, flat pavement. as sheraton member we were given a 2pm checkout. easy access to santa monica beach a $25usd uber ride away. restaurants and swimming pool on site which we didn't get to use. comfortable bed. nice size room. big window with expansive view. staff were exceptional for check in and out. fitness center is very good for a hotel. nice bar area. we were only there for the day, the staff were fantastic, sara at the front desk upgraded us to a lovely room. went for a couple of drinks at the bar and jose was great. beds are to die for so comfy!

our stay at sheraton was simply amazing! the rooms were spacious and cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. we loved the added convenience of the free airport shuttle and having a starbucks in the lobby. the food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing exceptional service. the on-site facilities like the fitness room, pool, and restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommended!

breakfast buffet fell short

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for my flight the next morning, and the staff treated me with kindness and efficiency.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is if they included more variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel near LAX and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the valet service was amazing and the Starbucks inside the lobby was great. The valet attendants were efficient and friendly, making the parking process hassle-free. Having a Starbucks on-site was convenient and allowed me to grab my favorite coffee before heading out in the morning. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport and the shuttle service provided made it easy to catch my flight without any stress.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The room had some issues, such as a shower without doors, resulting in water easily spilling out onto the floor.

The home-made bread at the hotel's restaurant was a mouthwatering journey! The accommodating staff and convenient location were major wins. Proximity to gastronomic wonders like Brasserie & Yokoso Sushi Bar added extra spice to our foodie adventures!

On the flip side, washcloth woes on day two were a bummer. A treasure hunt for toilet paper didn't scream luxury either.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The value for money was great, especially with the complementary shuttle service to the airport. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were all there. The rooms had really comfortable bedding and the view facing the airport was a unique touch. I also loved having access to the Sheraton Club with its great views across to the airport.
