very comfortable hotel with friendly professional staff. hotel looks trendy and with nice clean rooms and a cool bar/dining area and nice pool area. very good value for money. well located to LAX. we caught the shuttle to the hotel but walked the next day to airport which was an easy fast 20 ms walk on straight, flat pavement. as sheraton member we were given a 2pm checkout. easy access to santa monica beach a $25usd uber ride away. restaurants and swimming pool on site which we didn't get to use. comfortable bed. nice size room. big window with expansive view. staff were exceptional for check in and out. fitness center is very good for a hotel. nice bar area. we were only there for the day, the staff were fantastic, sara at the front desk upgraded us to a lovely room. went for a couple of drinks at the bar and jose was great. beds are to die for so comfy!

our stay at sheraton was simply amazing! the rooms were spacious and cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. we loved the added convenience of the free airport shuttle and having a starbucks in the lobby. the food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing exceptional service. the on-site facilities like the fitness room, pool, and restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommended!

breakfast buffet fell short

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for my flight the next morning, and the staff treated me with kindness and efficiency.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is if they included more variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel near LAX and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the valet service was amazing and the Starbucks inside the lobby was great. The valet attendants were efficient and friendly, making the parking process hassle-free. Having a Starbucks on-site was convenient and allowed me to grab my favorite coffee before heading out in the morning. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport and the shuttle service provided made it easy to catch my flight without any stress.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The room had some issues, such as a shower without doors, resulting in water easily spilling out onto the floor. Furthermore, the carpet in the room was dirty, which was off-putting. The bed in my deluxe room was not very comfortable, and the sheets were not properly wrapped around the mattress. The pillows were also too light and soft, lacking support. These aspects impacted the overall comfort during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The value for money was great, especially with the complementary shuttle service to the airport. This hotel is perfect for a long layover with its shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes running 24/7. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always serving breakfast with big smiles. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities and literally the most comfortable beds.

We had a pleasant stay at Sheraton. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The location was great, with easy access to L.A.X airport and free shuttles 24/7. We also found it convenient to take buses behind the hotel to visit Santa Monica Pier and Promenade. Despite the close proximity to airplanes, the room was quiet and we had a wonderful view. The staff was helpful and competent, making check-in and airport transfers efficient. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms in this hotel are impressive. Clean, modern and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the glass shower door and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect for my early flight the next morning. The shuttle was prompt and reliable.

One thing I experienced was that my sheets were damp; however, the helpful staff provided new, dry sheets within minutes of my asking. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton and will definitely consider this hotel for future trips.

Located close to the airport, this hotel is extremely convenient for transit. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were pleased with the option to opt-out of daily room cleaning to be more environmentally conscious, and the $5 voucher we received in return was a nice touch.
