The dinner from room service was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was neutral and the bed and bedding were of great quality. The hotel had a great shower head with good pressure. The mountain view was a nice touch. The staff was attentive and provided coffee and creamer.

We were pleased to find that it is conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy to get to. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking and is very close to the Ontario airport, which was incredibly convenient for us.

Over New Year’s, I stayed at a hotel close to the airport and had a surprisingly wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, from picking me up to check-in and out. They made me feel very welcomed. I got complementary breakfast, which was a great start to my day, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and room, and the comfortable bed. All in all, a great experience.

The only negative aspect to the hotel was that the walls were quite thin, which meant I could hear my neighbors at times, but that did not spoil my stay.
