The staff were super friendly and the harbour views were stunning. But man, the breakfast could use more variety and that parking set-up was a bit tricky, eh?

The location is fantastic, with easy access to various waterfront restaurants. The staff was very polite and efficient, handling the busy atmosphere with ease. The views from the room were absolutely stunning.

Unfortunately, check-in was quite chaotic, and I experienced a frustrating wait for the elevator. Moreover, the parking arrangements were confusing and added to the hassle of my stay.

the air conditioning took forever to cool the room down, and woudl it have killed them to provide a microwave? not to mention, breakfast at $30 each is outrageous! how about a complimentary gesture for dealing with those absurdities?

Had an awesome time with friends! Our room was spacious and clean. It had a great harbor view. We checked out the nearby National Aquarium and even caught a game at Oriole Park. The staff was super helpful, and the location was perfect for bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend exploring sailing too!

Consider asking for rooms with a harbor view. they are worth it for the picturesque scenery, especially during mornings and sunsets.

Elevator wait times can be absurdly long during peak periods!!! Also, the inconsistent internet service left much to be desired!!! And charging for incidentals that weren't even used? That's just unnecessary hassle!!!

Housekeeping skimped on toilet tissue, but the location and room finishes were superb.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend breather in Baltimore with fantastic value for money. The room had a great view of the harbor and was updated, making it a nice place to relax after exploring. Consider checking out the lounge for some light snacks in the evening.

stayed in a queen room with a fantastic view. the beds were clean and super comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. the hotel was also very close to local shops and restaurants, perfect for a winter getaway with family. the staff was attentive to health measures, which made me feel safe during my stay.
