The Lex Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of tasty options and the 24-hour free tea and coffee was a nice touch. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit the city!

The room was extremely small for a couple with two suitcases, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the communication about cleaning the room was confusing, as it mentioned something about a change of lingerie instead of simply asking if we wanted the room to be cleaned.
