our stay at urbanica fifth was absolutely amazing. everything exceeded our expectations from the friendly and attentive staff to the great location near the beach and ocean drive. the hotel's amenities, such as the pool and bicycles, were a fantastic bonus that added to our enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Urbanica Fifth. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The pool was amazing, and we enjoyed lounging under the beach umbrellas. The staff, especially Lucas, was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us. We also appreciated the clean rooms and beautiful views from the balcony and rooftop. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the beach and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and stylishly designed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of South Beach, and I loved the unlimited bike rentals provided by the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and even upgraded our rooms to ones with balconies. The on-site restaurant, Editor Pizza, served delicious food and the bar had excellent cocktails. I highly recommend Urbanica Fifth for a pleasant and convenient stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Despite having no high expectations, everything exceeded them. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The location is close to everything but far enough away from the touristy area, making it a great spot for exploring the city.

A gem in the middle of the city, this little hotel exceeded expectations. We were offered unlimited bike rentals and two beach loungers which was a great bonus on top of the already reasonable price. The rooftop pool has stunning views and was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to all the shops, beaches and restaurants you could want. Plus, the hotel had an excellent restaurant and bar with great cocktails and food to suit all tastes.

While there were a few minor issues, such as no water in the fridge and the rooms were a little basic, this was still a great place to stay. Despite some imperfections, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was a fantastic value for money.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. On top of that, the hotel offered convenient on-site parking, although it was a bit expensive.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The room we stayed in was quite small and felt cramped, lacking hooks or places to hang our belongings.

We loved the prime location near the beach and within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The Italian restaurant beside the lobby was fabulous. The room was spacious, updated, and very clean. The extra amenities like the bikes, towels, and free beach chairs were amazing. the service and amenities were excellent.
