The rooms were nicely decorated and had a stunning view of the KLCC. The cleanliness was superb, and the concept of having a washing machine and big fridge in the room was great, especially for families.

We absolutely loved our stay at Star Suites! The bed was so comfortable and spacious, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and worth waking up for, and the pool was cool and refreshing. The best part was the stunning view of the KLCC tower right in front of us. Also, the staff at the front desk were super nice and cool!

The facilities were impressive, with a large swimming pool and other recreational activities like a gym and pool table. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the guards and receptionist staff. the easy access to the city centre on foot, bike, or using Grab car services made exploring our surroundings a breeze.

the lack of dining facilities offering a breakfast buffet was inconvenient. the expensive parking rate was a drawback, and the self-check-in after 6 pm meant that there was no one to assist us with hospitality issues.

Recently stayed at a new hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was brand new and exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even surprised us with chocolates and cake in the room. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The hotel also had incredible views of the city. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited parking and check-in instructions, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of iconic landmarks. The infinity pool and sun terrace were breathtaking, making this hotel a luxurious and exclusive experience. The room was well-appointed and the private facilities were an added bonus.

The staff was slightly unresponsive during my stay, leaving me feeling slightly let down. Nonetheless, the exceptional views and private amenities made up for this one minor issue.
