We had a fantastic stay at Casa Italia. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the a la carte menu. The hotel's atmosphere and the pool area were amazing. The staff, especially Gustavo, Diana, and Kelvin, were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with a nice walk to Paseo Montejo and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

The hotel is beautifully remodeled, with huge comfortable beds and very large rooms. The breakfast is great, especially the delicious huevos motuleños. The location is perfect for exploring Paseo de Montejo, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool is a lovely place to relax.

Visited Casa Italia for a romantic stay and we were not disappointed. The hotel has a beautiful design and the rooms are spacious with comfortable king size beds. The bathrooms had great water pressure and hot water, and we loved the additional balcony. The room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, coffee machine, work table, and iron. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, and the AC and lighting were excellent. The pool and outdoor area with trees were lovely, and the staff were super friendly and polite. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything is what i need and want.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a cozy Xmas getaway. We were truly impressed by the modern bathrooms and the outstanding room service provided by the staff. The location, although not in the heart of the city, still offered us the chance to enjoy a 20-min walk to the center and to explore the Paseo Montejo area, which was definitely a plus. we loved the refreshing pool, which was great for an afternoon swim.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The noise from the nearby trains was a bit of an issue some nights and could be disruptive for sensitive sleepers.
