My stay at the Hilton Santa Fe was worth every penny. The room was luxurious, with a super comfy bed and a great selection of TV channels. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall attached and plenty of options for shopping and dining nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and many of them spoke English. I especially loved the beautiful rooftop pool with its stunning city views. The breakfast offered both Mexican and continental options and was delicious.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

During our recent stay at the Hilton, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-decorated rooms. The enormous beds and separate space for the toilet in the bathroom added to the comfortable experience. The higher floor room provided incredible views of the surroundings. The highlight of our stay was the peaceful and pleasant pool area on the top floor. We enjoyed lazing around the pool all day, soaking up the sun and sipping on tasty cocktails. The attentive and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay during Christmas at a hotel in Mexico City. The pool was a highlight, even though it was too cold for a swim. The location was perfect, right above a shopping center. The breakfast included in the room rate was tasty and satisfying.

We encountered some issues during our stay. There were constant problems with the water, either shortages or extreme temperatures.

As a business traveler, I loved the convenient location above the Samara shopping center. The pool, although too cold for a swim, was still visually appealing. The 24/7 gym was a fantastic addition, and the included breakfast was delicious. The friendly and helpful reception staff, who all spoke English, made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the nice touch of receiving a hand-written note about the amenities I hadn't used yet.

The drinks were delicious and the service was efficient. This added a special touch to the event and made it even more enjoyable for all attendees. Additionally, the hotel itself was clean and located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Santa Fe! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and friendly staff. They even went out of their way to provide power cables so I could work by the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, and the rooftop pool was a cool spot with a fashion photo session happening when I was there. Plus, the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop pool, where there was even a fashion photo session happening during my stay.
