We had a great stay during Christmas at a hotel in Mexico City. the pool was a highlight, even though it was too cold for a swim. the location was perfect, right above a shopping center. the breakfast included in the room rate was tasty and satisfying.

We encountered some issues during our stay. There were constant problems with the water, either shortages or extreme temperatures.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop pool, where there was even a fashion photo session happening during my stay.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. The location was great, with a shopping mall right next to the hotel, offering plenty of options for shopping and dining. The staff at Hilton Santa Fe were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The breakfast menu could have been improved.

We loved the lovely and practical room design, as well as the spacious and clean rooms. The Club-room was fantastic, with excellent food and a great view from the terrace. We enjoyed breakfast and light snacks in a quiet atmosphere. We highly recommend booking Club-rooms. Additionally, the fact that the hotel is built into a shopping mall was very convenient, offering many options for shopping and dining within walking distance.

The room was beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed and a good selection of TV channels. The shower had great water pressure and the complimentary toiletries were of high quality. The concierge gave me a friendly welcome and the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the city. The breakfast, offering both Mexican and continental options, was solid. I also appreciated the handwritten note about the amenities I hadn't used yet. There was even a fashion photo session at the rooftop pool, which was a cool surprise.
