Great location in the mountains with stunning views. the breakfast was amazing, offering homemade jams, fresh-squeezed juice, and homemade yogurt. the wellness center was also a nice touch to the property, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

I found it difficult to wash my hair with this shower system. the room lacked small details such as charging plugs, writing materials, lighting around the bathroom mirror, and proper mirrors.

We were amazed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. the spa is fantastic, offering various treatments including massages and beauty treatments. the swimming pool and sauna were fantastic, along with the sun terrace and garden area - all to an exceptional standard. the restaurant offers delicious cuisine with a variety of menus, including special diet options.

We experienced only one minor issue with the in-room breakfast, which could have been more elaborate.

To my delight, the room featured a cozy fireplace, perfect for cozying up after a day of outdoor activities. The hotel's attention to detail, such as having real wood for the fireplace and a jacuzzi in the room, made my stay even more enjoyable. They even recommended a fantastic ski rental store, providing us with top-notch skis. Although the food in the gourmet restaurant was a bit expensive, the dining experience was exquisite. I had a minor issue with the shared fitness center next door, where one staff member was unfriendly, but it didn't overshadow the exceptional service provided by the hotel's management and owners. I had an amazing Swiss experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
