A comfortable and conveniently located hotel to depart from London Gatwick for early morning flights. The room was quiet and clean, with everything we wanted and more. The standout facility for me was the shower. The viewing windows were excellent, allowing for a view of the planes landing but still maintaining a super quiet environment. The hotel is located in the South terminal, right next to departures and above Boots and M&S. The free pass for security was a great perk, allowing for a quicker check-in of my bag. Additionally, the 'for Bloc patrons' meal deal at Giraffe was a pleasant surprise upon my arrival. a superb place to rest a travel-ready or travel-weary head.

Here is a great place to stay when you are catching an early morning flight. I found this hotel right on the outside edge of the airport and it's so close to restaurants and departure gates. The service housekeeping is great, and there are wonderful amenities like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofed rooms. I also appreciated having free Wi-Fi in my room, which allowed me to stay connected as I wrapped up some last-minute work.

We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the complementary champagne and chocolate offered in our room. The location was superb, just a short walk to the airport terminal. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the variety of pillows available.

The noise levels in the morning were quite disruptive. The cleaning staff were quite loud and banged doors repeatedly, making it difficult to sleep in.
