The best aspects of this hotel were its excellent location and the friendly staff. The hotel was close to all tourist attractions, very close to everything in a great spot, close to the centre, and convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with spotlessly clean and fresh accommodations. The fixtures and fittings were of top-class quality. Additionally, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and made me feel extremely welcome upon my arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming family-run hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to everything in a great spot. It was easy to get around to all the main areas in town, as it was close to the center and all amenities. The room was a good size for a couple of nights, with a smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the on-site bar/restaurant and the option of room service. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others for short stays.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to everything in a great spot. It was not far from the beach, which made it convenient for walks by the sea. there was a mini arcade nearby, providing entertainment just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, such as comfortable beds and convenient parking.

There was a slight issue with thin walls in the hotel, which made some noise from neighboring rooms audible.

Had a great time during New Year at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the beach and the train station. Plus, there was a wide variety of food options available, including room service, and the burgers were amazing!

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of downsides. And we were disappointed to find out that there was no kettle in the rooms and we had to pay for hot drinks downstairs.

The shower had good temperature and pressure, and the hand soap was really nice. Despite the noisy environment until midnight, the staff member Martin went out of his way to help us and was a credit to the hotel. I'll recommend this hotel.

kings cross exceeded my expectations during this fantastic walking tour of blackpool. the staff were lovely and accommodating, the rooms clean and well presented, and the food was amazing. the arcade facilities were a hit with my daughters too. highly recommend!

I stayed at Kings Cross and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good. The location was perfect, right near Coral Island and not too far from the train station. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The recently decorated rooms were nice, with a TV on the wall. I had a great stay.
