Decent-sized room with a lovely pool view. Comfortable bed, though a queen would have been better for my height. Clean premises, but the secondary pool area was not appealing—dirty water and worn-out chairs. Staff was attentive and friendly, particularly at the pool, where service was quick. The grounds are pleasant, and biking around was a highlight. communication and housekeeping fell flat. Requests for basic amenities were ignored and there was a perplexing absence of fresh towels. Dining was hit or miss; our waiter seemed judgmental. Inconsistent air conditioning led to an uncomfortable first night. The location necessitates a car for attractions; exercise caution around the area. I expected more from this experience.

This hotel offers a delightful hub for exploring with downtown just under a mile away where you can discover fantastic gems like the Palm Springs Art Museum and the charming VillageFest, plus it's only about a kilometer from the beautiful Victoria Park which is perfect for a relaxed walk or a picnic so you can enjoy the lovely weather and the vibrant atmosphere but the hotel could use some updates in the maintenance department to make it an even more enjoyable experience.

The pools were enticing, and the staff, especially at the front desk, was incredibly attentive and kind. the room felt average, with disappointments like a malfunctioning phone and low shower pressure that made it hard for my daughter to rinse her hair. A significant wait for check-in and missing bath towels at the pool after 8:30pm added to the frustrations. At least the king-size beds were comfortable for our family. Andrew's help when we faced hot water issues was a relief, but overall, there were too many little hiccups that dampened the experience.

The room had nice updates, like a spacious soaking tub and soft close toilet seats. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with pillows that encouraged restful sleep. the A/C vent blew directly into my face, making it necessary for me to redirect the airflow with a towel. Cleanliness was on point, but the room had a musty smell. Noise from outdoor music persisted throughout the day, which interrupted the tranquility. Power outages during my stay caused inconvenient access issues and raised safety concerns. The staff was friendly, but the response to issues needed improvement.

Service was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond, making sure our every need was met during the wedding ceremony.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.
