Clean rooms and easy check-in. The security was overly strict, making it hard to relax.

We had such a frustrating stay! The room was freezing with a broken A/C, and the TV barely worked. Plus, every time I tried to enjoy the pool, it was closed, and it looked filthy. Definitely not worth it!

The room was amazing and exceptionally comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, with soft linens that made resting easy. Temperature control worked perfectly, allowing for a cozy stay. I appreciated how clean the room was; it didn’t carry any stale cigarette smell like many casinos do. The ocean view was breathtaking, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Noise levels were low, enhancing relaxation. Room service was prompt and enjoyable, though reaching them initially proved difficult. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, which made a significant difference in the overall experience.

Great valet and friendly staff. Check-in was delayed, and rooms weren’t prepared.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the casino staff were helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient and safe, with easy access in and out of the facility.

There were some issues with room readiness, as some guests had to wait for extended periods before their rooms were available. Additionally, the WiFi signal in the rooms was unreliable.

From the moment we parked, I was thrilled that all the amenities, including fabulous restaurants, an exciting mini-golf course, and a vibrant pool, were just steps from our spacious, bright room with stunning views, and having excellent customer service throughout the stay made everything feel even more inviting; however, the complicated elevator access with constant ID checks could use some simplification.

The view of the water is fantastic. The lobby is lovely and the bakery downstairs is a solid stop for a sweet treat.

No one offered us valet when we arrived.

Rooms are elegant and spacious. Super comfy beds with coffee maker and mini fridge. A/C worked great in the heat. Loved the automatic shades and the clean, huge pool with fluffy towels. Plus, the coffee shop is 24/7 and has a delicious cheese danish. Friendly staff and top-notch security made it feel safe.

Kids loved the thrilling miniature golf and delicious pastries. Impressive 144-square-foot screen for sports viewing was a hit. The clean rooms and luxurious pool added to our relaxing stay.

My kids wished for more organized kids' activities.

The entrance is stunning, with smart escalators and beautiful stairs leading up to a vibrant space filled with a casino, shops, and dining options. Room service is proactive—John's help with our trailer was invaluable. The room had electric blinds and a walk-in shower, which I loved. Dinner at Under the Oak was a fantastic treat. the check-in process was cumbersome, and the cleanliness routine is a bit odd, requiring us to haul trash and towels outside. A $20 charge for lost pool wristbands felt excessive, and the lobby reeked of smoke at times.
